Returns

Returns are accepted for a refund to the original payment method when the return package is dropped off with the shipping carrier within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Returns dropped off after 14 days but within 30 days of the original delivery date are eligible for store credit only.

Returns dropped off more than 30 days after the original delivery date are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Return eligibility is determined by the carrier’s documented acceptance or drop-off date, not the date the return arrives back to Estremi. Shipping transit time will not count against your return window.

To be eligible for any return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Shoes may be tried on indoors, but soles must remain clean, unmarked, and show no signs of wear.

For eligible returns, Estremi will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Returns eligible for store credit will be issued credit for the approved return amount, less the cost of the prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
